Are you looking for that perfect manicure or pedicure while on holiday in Dubai? Then look no further than The Nail Spa, the first spa of its kind in the region. The spa focuses on providing each guest with a luxurious and unique experience of five star service and treatment. The spa specialises in hands and feet however they do offer a long list of other treatments including hand and feet add-ons, facials, waxing, body massage, eyebrow shaping and tinting. So if you find yourself with tired and sore feet after exploring the huge shopping malls and are in need of a little R&R then take some time out and spoil yourself with all that the spa has to offer.
The Nail Spa at the Dubai Mall is a busy, and from what I can tell quite a popular shop especially on Saturdays. The facade and entrance is deceiving; with a small reception and waiting area with a small painting station, then you are escorted through to a large room lined with comfy seating and built in foot baths on opposite sides of the room facing one another, while down the centre are two rows of modern nail stations. Three plasma T.V’s are strategically placed around the room to ensure each guest has a clear view. And at the far end of the room is what looks like a circular high bar with seats positioned around it, but it’s actually a hand and foot drying station for those to use after their beautifying is complete and beyond this are the massage and treatment rooms. While therapists fuss around you, you are offered a selection of beverages and magazines to help pass the time. The Nail Spa offers a variety of add-ons to compliment your choice of manicure and pedicure, some of which include supreme seaweed treatment, vitamin C hand or foot facial, paraffin therapy, cocoon therapy, reflexology, aromatherapy indulgence, vitamin C skin lite depigmentation for hands, sea salt detox wrap, sea salt foot and callus therapy and scrub off.
“I was truely surprised at the prices, of course I compare everything to the price I would pay for the same in my own country, and I was amazed. I had a manicure, pedicure and foot reflexology all for 215 AED which is $66 AUD and I was there for just over 2hours. It was really nice to just sit and relax while having my hands and feet looked after, I will definitely be back."
